By accessing or using Digitars (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Digitars is an AI-powered entertainment application that allows users to create and interact with AI-generated digital characters (“Digitars”). All interactions are simulated and for entertainment purposes only. Digitars are not real people and do not provide professional advice of any kind.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. Users under 18 will only have access to age-appropriate content. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You may use the App as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI systems
• Share or distribute content from the App that violates any laws
• Impersonate any real person or claim AI-generated content is from a real person
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy. Prices may change with notice.

The App, including its design, code, AI models, and premade Digitars, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. User-created Digitars remain the creative expression of the user, but we retain a license to host and serve that content within the App.

We employ automated and manual content moderation to ensure a safe environment. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content. Digitars are fictional characters and should not be relied upon for real-world advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
